When there's nothing there yet, I design what comes next. Ideas, brands, and digital products.
I'm 33, born in Porto Alegre, and have lived in São Paulo for the past seven years. I got into design because that's where I found my passions coming together: design, people, and technology. Since then, I've applied that across ideas, brands, and digital products, always guided by the same question: what's the biggest need right now? It works the same way at a multinational as it does at a company with two partners.
At Itaú Empresas, I redesigned the cancellation flow for "Limite da Conta": repositioning the credit product as protection and reducing churn from 0.36% to 0.25% in one month. At Banco Pan and Agibank, I built credit and lending flows from scratch, starting from the physical store experience to design the digital version.
At Work & Co, I was a product designer on the e-commerce and app redesign for Camicado (Grupo Renner), digitally recreating the curation of an in-store salesperson, driving a +10% increase in average ticket size. At startups like Lemon and Centeni, I was a founding designer, building brand and product with no squad and no inherited process. At Novaquadra, the company I founded with my wife, I moved to the other side of the table and applied that same reasoning to build an entire brand and business.
I move fluidly between brand and product, strategy and execution, business leverage and interface detail. I've gone from a hundred-year-old company with 100,000 employees to one with two partners and zero years behind it. What stays the same is what I design when nothing exists yet: what comes next.
